By entering this contest (the 'Contest'), you represent and warrant that you have read, fully understand and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. You further agree to be bound by the decisions of GoldenPalace.net (the 'Free Game Site'; also referred to herein as 'The Company') which shall be final and binding in all respects.
The Contest is restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen years of age as of the date of entry in the Contest.
Entry in the Contest is open only to individuals residing in Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia and the Caribbean Islands, Argentina, Mexico & Venezuela throughout the duration of the Contest.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. However, each entrant in the Contest must have a valid account with GoldenPalace.net. If you do not already have an account, click here.
Only one Contest entry per household is permitted.
Your participation in the Contest will only be permitted where such participation is legal and not prohibited. The Company makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to your legal right to participate in the Contest nor shall any of the Company's employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.
Employees, officers, directors and shareholders of the Company, as well as its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
There will be ONE grand prize awarded in the Contest (the 'Grand Prize'): The Grand Prize will consist of the following:
FREE BOOB JOB or $4,000 CASH;
The odds of winning the Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the drawings.
Enter the contest by going to GoldenPalace.net, download the software and register. Entries for the Prize draw will be accepted commencing December 1, 2008 and must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET February 1, 2009. Any entry received after this time will be ineligible. The Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on February 2, 2009 from all eligible online entries received (the 'Random Drawing'). The Random Drawing will be conducted under the supervision of the Company, whose decisions are final.
The Company reserves the right to change the date of the Prize draw at its discretion or offer a cash equivalent to the winner of this contest.
The winner of the Grand Prize draw (the 'Winner') will be notified by email, at the email address provided in the Winners' Contest entry.
The Winner must reply to the notification email within twenty-four (24) hours of the notification email being sent. The Company is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify each Winner.
If a selected Winner fails to respond to the notification email within 24 hours, is ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, said Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected.
No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.
All Contest entry information will be kept confidential. Personally identifiable information on individual entrants will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties. However, the Company reserves the right to publish each Winner's name on the GoldenPalace.net website and in the GoldenPalace.net newsletter. The Winner further consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
The Company reserves the right to update and advise Contest entrants of new games, events, services, and benefits. The Company may contact Contest entrants in the future with offers that it feels may be of interest. Communications from entities selected by the Company may contain valuable information, exclusive coupons, as well as exciting offers. If you do not wish to receive these mailings, you may unsubscribe. By unsubscribing, you will be removing yourself from the Contest and you will no longer be eligible to win the Prize.
Your Contest entry will be disqualified and the Prize will be forfeited, at the sole discretion of the Company, if:
You enter the Contest through any means other than through the Company;
You have not complied with these Official Rules; or
You have not complied with the Company's Terms and Conditions
The Company, contest sponsors and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of the Company and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible Contest entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Company that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
The Company's web site (www.goldenpalace.net) contains links to sites on the Internet, which are owned and operated by third parties. The Company is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any such third-party site.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or extend the Contest provided that the Prize is awarded.
In the event the Contest is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the Company's control, the Company reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of the Contest and award the Prize amongst Contest entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.
